Healthy Hair = Healthy You

Did you know that Google Searches regarding “hair loss” went up almost 10% over the past year? It’s no secret that this is a symptom frustrating so many people. I’ve been deep into hair-health lately due to the number of clients I am working on improving hair growth through customized nutrition and lifestyle principles. I figured I would share some of these tips with the rest of my audience since this issue seems prevalent.
