My journey into non-toxic living started long before I became a mom. After years of battling a mystery illness that conventional medicine couldn't explain, I started peeling back the layers — mold exposure, hormone disruptors, a toxic load that had quietly been building for years. Addressing it changed everything.

That experience sent me back to school. I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, launched LIFELONG Podcast to bring the best minds in functional health and clean living straight to your ears, and built this site to make everything I was learning accessible to anyone ready to make a change.
