Be The Light

I re-shared a post to my story yesterday that really resonated with me. It was about how many days are left in 2020 and how there is still faith, hope, and love.  Personally, I am not buying the doom and gloom attitude many people are trying to push onto one another right now.

We are all dealing with crazy sh*t whether its in our personal lives, work, society, etc. we all have stuff that can frustrate us and make us angry and fall into negative traps.  Sure, 2020 has been turbulent, but I don’t want you to forget that WE GROW THROUGH WHAT WE GO THROUGH and that after even the darkest night the sun always rises again.  Ask yourself, “what lesson is this teaching me?” Take that pain and suffering and make it your #1 motivating factor to be a better person.

Instead of resisting discomfort and pain, I challenge you to welcome it with open arms and look to find the stunning beauty in what’s around you and even what’s in the pain.  Keep the faith, implement a daily gratitude practice, get outside of yourself (do something for someone else), turn off the news and get away from your phone for a bit.

I am in no ways making light of what has been going on, rather I am encouraging you to be the light when things seem dark.   I am here for you as a resource to help navigate your struggles (whether that be with your mind or body).
