Tahini Za’atar Cauliflower
SCRUMPTIOUS RECIPE BELOW.
INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower
1/4 c + 2 tbsp tahini
1 T apple cider vinegar (ACV)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t avocado oil
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t dried parsley
1/4 t salt
dash of za’atar spice
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small mixing bowl, combine tahini, ACV, garlic, avocado oil, paprika, salt and a little za’atar.
Slice cauliflower into 1” “steaks”
Using a brush, evenly coat both sides of the “steaks” including the edges
Place on baking sheet, evenly spaced out, add some more salt
Roast on 400 for about 35-40 minutes, flipping at the 20 minute mark and drizzling with a little oil, timing may vary, so check often
Serve over hummus and sprinkle with za’atar seasoning and any other garnishes (I did fresh parsley)
