5 Low Cost Ways to Improve Your Health

“If you had unlimited money how would your diet and lifestyle change?”

Sit with it for a while.  Finances are the easiest excuse for pretty much everything in life.  What if it wasn’t your budget that was holding you back from showing up for yourself and investing in your longevity?

Wellness SEEMS expensive with all the gadgets and trendy services popping up, but the reality is that there are hundreds (if not thousands) of things you can do FOR FREE (or low cost) to optimize your health.  I even offer plenty of free resources! Keep reading for a list of low-cost ways to improve your health.

But maybe it is your financial health and ingrained habits that are preventing you from understanding how to prioritize/budget big ticket items like 1:1 coaching, infrared sauna, massages, a juicer, and all the other “investment” wellness items and services.  If that is the case, I encourage you to seek out resources like the One Eleven app to improve your financial health and learn ways to budget and prioritize. Just think of the money you’ll save down the road by preventing illness!

LOW-COST WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH

1. Re-evaluate your budget. You have one body and one life—is it your priority?  If you’re unsure where to start, I highly encourage downloading the One Eleven a financial wellness app designed to elevate your relationship with money. Sign up via today via the button below!

2. Start with what you have. Move your body.  Do at-home lymphatic drainage (massage, legs up the wall, etc.).  Take an epsom salt bath.  Limit screen-time.  Meditate.  The list goes on and on!

3. Get rid of the junk/Go back to the basics. Learn about the chemicals in the products you use.  Think of the money saved when ditching things like fabric softener, air freshener, overly-processed food, single use plastic, etc.

4. Rely on nature.  It is free and it is a gift.  The sun and the earth are masterful healers on their own.  Ground yourself in nature daily—it’s one of the most healing things you can do.

5. Utilize free resources.  Attending free webinars, workshops, watching videos, & listening to podcasts are some of the best ways to learn and better yourself and your health.  It is amazing how much is right at our finger tips.
